An afternoon tea is a wonderful way of celebrating any event. Who doesn't love scones,
jams, cakes, and other delicious sweets to complement a variety of gourmet teas.
White linens and crystal can set an elegant table as well as accommodate any creative vision.
Red clusters of floating roses in a crystal vase can add a stunning pop of color to a clean white
setting. Placecards are not reserved for large events only; placing one at your guest's seat
can be yet another elegant and creative touch.
If the bride knows about the shower, have her write a short personal note and place it under
the guest's saucer or dessert plate for an added surprise.

A bridal shower can be very reflective of the elegant event in the near future... her wedding.
By incorporating different simple elements such as table linens and menus, you can make her shower a
stunning affair to remember.
Finding creative ways to incorporate flowers in a table setting is as simple as setting the table
itself. You can tuck flowers into napkins, float them in vases, or place them into wine glasses.
The centerpiece can have the traditional pink roses or lilies, Gerber daisies, or any favorite flower
of the bride. Sprinkling rose petals on the tables is also a beautiful creative touch.
Placecards and menus are classic accents to any elegant table, so don't forget them when creating
the perfect atmosphere. |
